when I mentioned my back pain to my oncologist i was sent straight to bone scan and CT scan with contrast.

She did ask when, where is the pain worse how long does it last and does anything relieve it.
Could be nothing. Several different things can cause pain. Its best to know whats doing it and get help. There is nothing worse. It tends to make me cranky, tired and if it goes on too long down in the dumps. Physio has help me giving various strategies to avoid making it worse.
