Hello @Zan - if you live down here in Vic, have had one of the many viruses and have been sitting up all night then that may be the cause of your back pain. 🤣🤣
Have you been walking, exercising or doing anything else a bit different to normal ?
Seriously, though, any new pain should be advised to your medical team so other issues can be ruled out.
