Hi Deanne. It is really nice to know that what I am feeling is "normal" and that I am not alone. Walking is just so difficult and the lack of energy means I can't keep up with everyone else. We have just had lunch at a lovely cafe so that with nice. Thank you for your encouraging words and support.
