Abemaciclib

Thanks @Elsiej, I'm trying to figure out what it doesn't like, very spicy food is a no, but coffee and normal milk is fine for me, although I do alternate with almond milk. I've skipped my calcium tablet the last couple of days and I've had a good few days, so now I'm suspicious it might be that. I will start the calcium tablets again and see what happens. Luckily, one of the gastro tablets seems to fix things for me, so at least it easily managed.
