I know how you feel. By the end of the second cycle I had really painful heartburn, all the time. My oncologist put me on Nexium 20mg (it takes a while to start working) it did make things better but I was still uncomfortable, so he recommended doubling the dose, that finally made the pain go completely. If you are on 20mg maybe talk to your doc about upping the dose. Simone
