I found out that my mum has been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in the liver. There are no words to describe just how devastated I am.
She was diagnosed with primary breast cancer last year ...

I understand the special bond between a mother and daughter and no doubt your daughters love for you and your love for them will give you the strength to overcome this hurdle!
