Letrozole bloating

Yep, me too @Chipo. I have had SO many hot flushes over the last few days it's driving me batty. Sweats, painful needle sharp sensations up and down my arms and hands. It's bloody awful. I 'cope' with water spray, little fans that plug into my phone and iced cold water. Three months of taking Letrozole and there's no sign of them settling down yet...

Hi ladies ever since been on zoladex , l have lost weight 91 kg to 79 kg . I’m also on letrozole now . Hot flushes galore . How do you girls cope . I feel like screaming at times . 

You can get peppermint capsules, Mintec I think is one brand. Probably a cheaper option is peppermint cordial in hot water. Works a treat for wind pain.

Yes l eventualy had to go on a stomach med but l still get the ocassional bloat. But l notice certain foods worse than others l recently started using iberogast f rom the chemist that works well
