@CLouise - I posted a response to you just in the wrong discussion, whoops!   welcome to the forum where we are all here to help the best we can.  The above posts have given you links within the forum to direct you to the most relevant information.  The ABC radio had a session on breast cancer last night if you are able to find the podcast to listen to.  Hopefully you will find comfort in joining the Metastatic Breast Cancer group.  As you settle in there is always someone on the forum all hours.  Take care

I seem to be on ok so all good. Thank u for all the responses. I have so many ups and downs, scrambled thoughts, tears, worries etc etc (my youngest is only 9) 
I need to know its all a normal  part of learning u have a terminal illness. 
I am naturally a very positive person so i keep reminding myself that id rather have this than get hit by a bus and not have time to prepare....does anyone here go to the "thursday girls" group in box hill?
