Finding some inner calm with yoga.

Lovely to hear@Pamelamary,unfortunately as I live in country sa wont be of any use to me however I hope that other ladies in melbourne will be able to take up this offer, if I want to do this where I live will cost $25 per session, so will just do my own thing at home, have lately been putting on the cd player and doing some stretching exercises and will often end up with me doing a dance around the room, just as well I only do it on my own, I grew up listening to the music of 40s 50s  onwards so have some great music to listen to after I inheritated my fathers beautiful collection of music -
