- primekMemberOh how frustrating and worrying for you. Know we are thinking of you.
- shazzaaustMemberHi everyone and thank you for the support. My GP told me that the X-ray was fine, but I showed my chiropractor (she has done radiology), and she was still concerned.
She felt my ribs and and agreed that it doesn't feel right and looked at the X-rays and has question marks too. She was going to call them for the X-ray to be re-reported.
I see my surgeon in a week and a half though, so may have to wait till then for answers.
I really hate hate all of this waiting and uncertainty. - LITHGOW1950MemberI had a lumpectomy Sep 2015 right breast, and over the last six weeks have experienced when doing yoga or stretching my arms (it's on both sides) pulling and soreness over breasts and under both arms. The GP requested I have a CT screen which show up clear. I see the specialist both surgeon and oncologist on the 7th March, maybe they may know what it is.
Lets us know how your result go. Waiting is awful but keep busy and take care. - socodaMemberHey @shazzaaust , Have you heard from your doctor yet?Xx
- shazzaaustMemberThank you. I'm still waiting to hear from the doctor. This is the pictures.
I hate this part the waiting....... - primekMemberYou might need an ultrasound as most likely soft tissue related but 2st things 1st is to exclude the biggest concerns. Hope all goes well.
- AfraserMemberGood luck, hope everything is fine
- iserbrownMemberGood luck
- shazzaaustMemberThank you for your responses everyone.
I saw a doctor yesterday that works with my GP. She hasn't seen my chest before but I had a comparison photo from Sunday till then and the indentation appears to have indented more in 2 1/2 days.
She said the thing that that reassures her a little bit is that my pain isn't too bad as people with bone cancer apparently have really bad pain. Mine is intermittent tugging medium level pain.
Inam having an an X-ray today so hopefully that will give an answer.
Again, thank you all for your support. Xx - VixMemberI had left breast mastectomy 2010 and all nodes removed and still at times get tugging & tightness from scar tissue. But given what you've experienced over past week, I'd suggest calling your surgeon. Biggest hugs x
