  • I saw that article, too but I don't quite understand it as they point out that the distinguishing thing about ILC is that it lacks E-cadherin but it metastasises, too.
  • Very Interesting!  It sounds like they need to isolate that 'E-cadherin' & see if it stops the migration of cancer cells -  and also see if it also spreads other cancers! Then they need to try & disable it (so long as it isn't an important building block of something else that maybe triggered by it's removal!)  Which all just costs money!
