Hi @Cath62, I wrote it for myself as much as others, to remind me to keep going on the days when it gets hard. A really dark sense of humour and someone to share it with helps too! Be kind to yourself.
I saw a quote and I can't remember who wrote it (sorry), that said:
"My body has cancer, my spirit does not."
Great affirmation and great to tell people who have trouble separating you from your cancer diagnosis.
