Instagram Fam?!
Hi all :) I was just wondering if anyone else is sharing their Breast Cancer journey over on Instagram? I set up a page recently as I want to spread awareness about the realities of treatment & survivorship.
I didn't quite have it in me as I went through the first part of my treatment (2 x surgeries, chemo & rads) to share as I went, but now i'm in the next phase (Ribociclib for 3 years + Zoladronic Acid 6 monthly + a bunch of other meds from side effects) I am starting to share more & recount my experiences. It's been lovely to connect with others as well.

Well done SarahB77 It makes it so much easier to share your updates in the one go rather than telling the story over & over, individually!
Some members set up a private FB group & put updates there, or a 'web blog' and only shared the website with those they wanted ....
I just sent 'bulk' emails to family & friends for both my husband's cancer updates and mine - I'm not even sure if Instagram was 'available' back then! LOL (and I wasn't a member!)All the best for your ongoing treatment xx
I've just given you a follow. I am so keen to share my journey but don't want to make it all about me, rather I want to share my journey to help others. Thank you for sharing yours.
