Well done SarahB77 It makes it so much easier to share your updates in the one go rather than telling the story over & over, individually!
Some members set up a private FB group & put updates there, or a 'web blog' and only shared the website with those they wanted ....
I just sent 'bulk' emails to family & friends for both my husband's cancer updates and mine - I'm not even sure if Instagram was 'available' back then! LOL (and I wasn't a member!)
