Triple Negative preventative medications of reoccurence
Hi everyone I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer December 2020. My oncologist mentioned an injection I could have to stop reoccurence in my bones for the next 5 years, I also have read about this
The use of bisphosphonates to prevent bone metastases remains experimental. Last, bisphosphonates in addition to chemotherapy are superior to chemotherapy alone in patients with stages II and III multiple myeloma and can reduce the skeletal morbidity rate by approximately one half.
Is anyone on this and does it really work.
