Freaking out
Im freaking out tonight. Can't get myself to pack my bags. I guess tomorrow will be ok

Anxiety is completely normal.
Even though I had my surgery in a.world class facility and he complete faith in my medical team I was a nervous wreck.
Once I was being wheeled into the operating theatre I felt a sense of calm.
Mind you that could have been the anaesthetic😊
I am now 2 years on from my mastectomy and 1 year from my DIEP surgery and I don’t regret it one bit.
