I have done the program and found it very useful.  I was allocated the CanCope mind.  The material is very useful, the questionnaire that needs to be completed every time you do the activities is a bit tedious.  I also asked for the material for the CanCope lifestyle and was told that this would be emailed to me 3 months after completion.  I would definitely recommend this for anyone with cancer.
