@kezmusc Many years ago I tried a diet program part of which was eating fish 3 times per week. I liked tinned tuna and found after a couple of weeks a noticeable improvement in my concentration.I know it sounds weird but you might like to give it a go - I prefer Sirena in oil these days - it must be plain unflavoured tuna however as the flavoured tuna doesn’t seem to work as well.Worth a shot for a couple of weeks and time for me to put it into practice too - maybe it’s brain food idk but has worked well over the years for me.
