Whose coping on Letrozole and what brand ? Any tips?

I am doing way better on Apo-letrozole than I was on Tamoxifen. I get a little stiff in the bones sometimes but it is bearable. There was an adjustment period where I had depression and tiredness for a few weeks but it has come good now.
