Whose coping on Letrozole and what brand ? Any tips?

I've been on Femara for nearly 6 years. Like most AIs it has had an impact on bone density (not critical yet) and vaginal dryness has been significant, but no aches, pains, flushes or anything of that sort. For which I am grateful! My slightly creaky knees predated bc and are not significantly worse🙂.
