I was managing pretty well on Letrozole made by Apotex and maybe a coincidence but been going downhill since changed brands 3 months ago but can also be many other things I guess- mine’s mainly memory and mood issues making coping with teenagers and other health issues more difficult..I do however now have a painful lower arm for no reason making lifting/pushing/ pulling actions hard.Many on here have issues you describe with your thumb - I hope you get an answer to this problem as I know how important weights are to you. xo
