Whose coping on Letrozole and what brand ? Any tips?

I managed on Letrozole made by Apotex for 15 months and then changed to one made by Amneal  .Has been a downward spiral since both mentally and emotionally with some physical side effects creeping in ...

I take Letrozole FBM (For Benefit Medicines). "Coping" is subjective! I have side effects but I plod on. The pharmacy didn't have it one month so I had Femara instead. The side effects were fractionally worse, but that could have been the weather as it was the coldest part of the winter.
