Although I am on a different drug, for the first 4 or 5 months I did have jaw pain. On the left side only. TMJ pain is another one that's not on the list of "common side effects" but seems to be reasonably common when you start looking in to it. It has to do with low estrogen levels. So if Tamoxifen can do it there's probably no reason the AI's cant.
