I developed sensitive teeth during the months after chemo and I had a couple of fillings come out (with some tooth attached). It would be a remarkable coincidence if it didn't come from treatment but whether chemo or Letrozole, who knows? I have since had a full checkup with the dentist and he could not see any areas of concern so it's the sensitive toothpaste for me for now.
