Tamoxifen can give you hot flushes but they abate over time. I seemed to get more angry when I first took it. This is not a recognised side effect. This also passed in time. At the 18 month stage I got leg cramps and took magnesium for that. Might not have been the tamoxifen because I take other medication that can interfere with magnesium absorption. I didn’t hate taking tamoxifen. Good luck. Many women take it and cope ok.
