Tamoxifen and Diabetes

Has anyone with pre-existing diabetes noticed an increase in blood sugar levels after starting on Tamoxifen?  My levels have recently gone through the roof.  There could be a couple of other factors at play but the levels started rising pretty much exactly when I started taking Tamoxifen.   Anyone else experienced this?  If so, was there anything you did that helped bring the sugar back down?

I was taking Letrozole and Aromasin for a while but didn't notice this side effect.  They mostly affected my joints and caused joint pain, made me miserable etc.  Oncologist then switched me to Tamoxifen and now this.  Is it just me?
