Palbociclib trial ladies(how you doing)
Just wondering how you other ladies on this drug are faring. I'm on the maximum dose and seem to be doing quite well. I'm on cycle4 and have had were side effects. Hopefully you are all going well.
Great post @LMK74. I was wondering how all the Pallas ladies were going also. Likewise with the fatigue for me. Never really got much better since chemo/radio and the palbo seems to increase it slightly. Otherwise I'm mostly fine, I think. Hard to know what's lingering from chemo and what's the hormone blockers as well. I was only neutropeanic the once after cycle 2. Im just on the break from cycle 5 now and still on 125mg. Have my 3 month check in tomorrow. @LMK74 I will have my first zoladex injection tomorrow as they want to switch me from tamoxifen to AI meds. I'm a bit anxious about it as I'm already moody, hot, sweaty, tired, achy etc. I've been struggling with what I think is sciatica (will discuss with docs tomorrow). I'm 40yo and feel about 80 haha. But I don't think it's the Palbo causing most of my issues. I will probably stick with it for now as I don't like the idea of being 'high risk' for recurrance.
