Oncologist visit yesterday, am being pulled off Arimidex for 6 weeks..
Hey everyone! I had my Oncologist visit yesterday as I had a reminder last week, I did call and say I didnt need to go as I have surgery in a week haha...the lovely Secretary laughed and said NO yo...
I'm really interested in hearing how much different you feel off Arimidex Mel. I sort of have the opposite problem. I've been taking Arimidex for 6 months and feel no different. A tiny bit stiff in my joints but this goes away with exercise. I'm post menopausal already had some hot flushes before going on HRT pre cancer diagnosis. Since I stopped taking HRT I am getting a bit of heat at night but not too bad. I had a blood test a few weeks ago to check all my levels and I see my GP in a week to go through them. I'm just afraid Arimidex isn't working. Getting side effects would give me more peace of mind.
