@Sister I am on Aromasin too, and same symptoms. I take powdered magnesium in water everyday have done for 3yrs, I too suffer chronic pain, unfortunately nothing really helps with that. If I sit down I struggle to walk when I get up and am on my feet all day. I take panadol osteo on a bad day, but seriously there isnt much that helps, its the medication.
