@arpie these days the mere word of an AI causing such side effects in a person sends shudders through me. As far as side effects go I didn't have success on either Arimidex nor Letrozole. You really can't help but wonder why any woman would imagine all those side effects. It says a lot about how some medical professionals see women who bring forth side effects and are fobbed off.
Thankfully my oncologists were compassionate and understood and never once made me feel I was suffering from a huge imagination.
