Letrozole side rffects
Hi, I am aware that Letrozole can cause joint/bone/muscle pain. Do others find that bone soreness is equal or generalised over your body, or can it occur in a specific location only?
Just to clarify that letrozole and anastrozole are generic (rather than brand) name
