When I went thru menopause (20 years prior to my BC diagnosis) I had a lot of vaginal discomfort and tried a compounded hormone cream that had testosterone in it (from a menopause clinic) and it helped for a while - but I then had a major call back from BreastScreen & the abnormal tissue was 'put down to' the testosterone content ..... so I had to stop using it. I've not had any urinary problems - other than a bit of urgency in recent years, probably just age related.
Hopefully others will jump on soon & post their experiences or tips .... were your ovaries removed as a part of your hysterectomy?
