Anastrazole was the best thing I did to changeover as my joint pain is almost non existent now. It really made a huge difference.
With bloating I started taking note when this happened and discovered it was related to dairy and eventually I was diagnosed lactose intolerant. Sometimes things aren't related to the medication.
