Thank youarpie it is an interesting and helpful article. I am tolerating Letrozole reasonably well but still do have some joint stiffness and don’t know why but sore feet over night. I want to persist with hormone/endocrine therapy but after nearly 2 year of Letrozole I’m going to try Tamoxifen instead of Letrozole this month. Will keep this thread posted!

My feet used to KILL me!! I'd have to stop still, mid stride until it passed & only then could I continue walking. :(
I tried Exemestane for 6 months after just 6 weeks on Letrozole. Then was on Anastrozole for the next 6 years, which wasn't too bad. Mind you, I was on Medicinal Cannabis Oil for most of the 6 years, and that really took the edge off it. Also helped me sleep better - the other bad side effect of the Meds!!
Good luck with Tamoxifen - hope you don't get the hot flushes back!!Sign in to react to this post
