Letrozole and soft tissue injuries

I do not fit the criteria with one exception - I was born in the Northern Hemisphere however Steve, my GP, scoffed at that and said maybe someone did a data check and found more cases in the Northern rather than the Southern Hemisphere.
I guess it is luck of the draw!
