I have been on letrozole now for 4months . I find I feel
like an old woman when I get up ( I’m 57). I’m definitely experiencing carpal tunnel in my right hand . I still have neuropathy on my feet from chemo ( hands have improved)- so it’s hard to know the full side effects of the medication- time will tell.
