Kisqali

hi everyone winters day here in melbourne. So I have my scripts for Kisqali and letrozole, just waiting on final pathology report which I should have Monday then I can fill my scripts. For anyone that is on these two what should I expect side effect wise? 😃
  • Can't speak for Kisqali but Letrozole side effects vary from person to person. Some have few to none, others have many. The most common seems to be bone and joint pain, especially in the hands and lower legs. Fingers crossed you fall into the group who get none! K xox
  • Hi @Glynnis, kmakm is right , we are all different, the most common are low neutrophils and fatigue, I also get qt prolongation but my onc does an ECG every 4 weeks and I just get an extra week off if it happens, its a rarer side effect so it probably wont be a problem for you. It's really very tolerable for most people and it has worked wonders for me, some tumours have totally resolved and the others have shrunk, I hope it works as well for you.
  • @kmakm I’m already been taking Anastozole for the last 3 plus years so have been dealing with the bone and joint stiffness already so I suppose if it doesn’t get any worse than what I’ve been having i should be ok then 😃
@Kattykit glad it’s working great for you hopefully same will happen for me 😃
