Thanks @Wendy55 and @Zoffiel For your sound advice which I’ve mostly taken.
My McGrath Nurse said that it’s probably an accumulative effect of the drugs as the tiredness as been for most of the 3rd cycle. I’m going to revert to taking the Kisqali at night to see if this gives me more energy and go easier on the exercise.
