- I should add that my carpel tunnel syndrome disappeared after two weeks, but for me it was a full two months before my brain fog lifted completely.
- noosa_blue150MemberI had a break off A1 femera for a month only ( still,had kadcycla chemo ) and felt,better after a few weeks - joint pain lifted and my hand tingling disappeared so we knew it wasn’t PN but side effect of femera .Can live with tingling , now I know it’s not PN aside effects ). Had to go,back on them unfortunately but …….

- It took me two months to get back to not having brain fog, and sleeping somewhat better. I don't have the same joint pain, but I still have some joint pain because of worsening arthritis. I don't want to go back on them and my oncologist said the most benefit for me was done in the first three years. My brain fog was so bad I was mixing up my thyroid tablet with my AI and taking the wrong one in the morning. I left the grill on one time and nearly burnt down the house. Yep enough for me, no point staying on them and burning my house down with me in it also. :)
Also the HER2 positive cancer I had is the one that is more likely to come back and I have had all the treatment for that. I hope you find the right balance with the blessing of your oncologist. Take care and stay safe. xx
