How long does it take to feel better when taking an Aromatase Inhibitor 'holiday'?

I had a break off A1 femera for a month only ( still,had kadcycla chemo ) and felt,better after a few weeks - joint pain lifted and my hand tingling disappeared so we knew it wasn’t PN but side effect of femera .Can live with tingling , now I know it’s not PN aside effects ). Had to go,back on them unfortunately but …….
