I have invasive lobular cancer.Ive been told to go on letrozole. Anyone on it and any side effects?

Yeah, your rad onc is not a long term relationship @HunnyB I'd still make sure he/she was CC'd into any test results for a while just for their records. Hopefully you will never see them again. Mxx
