I’ve been on letrozole for 5 months. After about 2 I started to get painful wrists- not too bad but were beginning to give me a bit of trouble at night. I started taking tart Cherry capsules, and the painful wrists have gone. There is at least one paper showing they help in a lot of women with AI joint pain.
