Like everyone else I agree it’s such a personal thing as to what works best for you.
I think you’ve given it a good shot and you do have some choices.
Maybe it’s worth a diary for a month or so of your symptoms so you can have something clear to show the onco and importantly to compare if you do decide on a change?
