Did any one get a cough whilst taking Femara - have a cough that comes and go - not related to illness - just wondering if anyone else has had this problem

Yes @Teejay. I've been on Letrozole for three weeks now and have had an odd, intermittent cough. It was the first side effect I noticed. Have you had the mucosal dryness, thirst & eye irritation? I have. There's a lot of head dehydration! I'm hoping my body will adjust and it will pass.
