Femara and diabetes
since taking Femara by blood sugar levels have soared. Has this happened to anyone else ? Thank you

Cholesterol can go up which is related to the lack of estrogen not the actual tablet.
Rising blood sugar isn't a normal drug side effect. It may just be your time for rising sugar levels. Ir do you have diabetes already and noted higher readings.
So questions...
Have you gained weight?
Are you thirsty all the time?
Do you have a family history?
Are you on any steroids like prednisolone?
Are you on antibiotics?
All these things can increase risk of developing type ii diabetes or cause a temporary rise in sugar levels.
And if course stress can cause your sugar levels to rise.
