I was on Exemestane for 6 months, early in my hormone blocking period ..... I found it good for 6 months, then I had some side effects & I swapped over to Anastrozole for the last 4.5 years.
Just give it 'an honest go' ...... not everyone gets side effects ..... so all going well, you won't either xx
