Stay positive, you’ve got this!
I called it a roller coaster ride, ( I’ve never liked those rides).
It certainly is a shock when you have had no indication that you were unwell in the first place, no family history, thank goodness for mammograms. That’s the only way mine was picked up, I had no signs or lump that I had breast cancer.
I tried to find a positive in every negative, if you look hard enough you can find them. Keep yourself around positive people, look after yourself listen to your body.
