Hey @kmakm hope you are going well. So sorry to hear about your sister. And in a weird way (which I am sure you would understand) if your Endopredict came back very clear on chemo and you proceeded down that route then that is a good thing. Thanks for introducing me to some new acronyms and terms - CHEK 2 and Li Fraumini. Have been down some Google rabbit holes today. :smile: I think I will also ask for some genetic counselling/testing (in addition to the gene testing on the tumour via Oncotype). We hear a lot about BRCA1 & 2 (which I doubt is in my family as there is not a big history in the family - only in recent generations). But I think my nieces are keen to know more. I have 2 sons (22 and 20 - they were just babies when originally diagnosed, so so grateful I have been able to see them grow up), so might get them some life/critical illness insurance before proceeding with the genetic testing just in case!
