Dosage os Tamoxifen
I have just started on 20mg of tamoxifen but I get zero sleep on it. I have had breast cancer previously and took 10mg tamoxifen and coped quite well, this time however my oncologist wants me on 20mg....
@Pink I have been on that dose for about 6 weeks now and the main problem for me is sleep disturbance. I have a sleeping tablet every Thursday night (the end of my working week) and I got a script for melatonin 2mg which I take every night and it does seem to help a lot. I still wake up but I’m able to generally get back to sleep pretty quickly where as before melatonin if I was awake that was it for the night. Also ordered some 10mg melatonin online from iherb but I haven’t tried that yet. xoxo
