Was reading Liz O’Riordan and was directed to this site which amongst other things looks at coping with side effects of AI - last updated 2/19. There may be one on Tamoxifen .

For anyone unfamiliar Liz O’Riordan is a British oncologist/ breast surgeon &nbsp;who developed breast cancer 3 years ago.She documents her journey on her blog on her website and it’s well worth a read.
